Credentials & Scope of Practice

Pamela Grice is a Registered Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, listed as an Unlicensed Psychotherapist with the Colorado State Board of Unlicensed Psychotherapists. However, coaching services provided through Pamela Grice Coaching are not psychotherapy and do not include the use of psychotherapeutic modalities. Coaching is distinct from counseling and is not regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Coaching focuses on personal development, business strategy, mindset, and accountability, and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

Scheduling, Payments, and Cancellations

Scheduling is conducted through our online scheduling platform. Payment may be made by credit card or other accepted methods.

Cancellation Policy: Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be billed at the full session rate. Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergency.

Refunds for coaching packages, digital products, or programs will be handled according to the terms stated at purchase. Unless otherwise specified, refunds are not guaranteed once services or digital materials have been delivered.
