Hi, I’m Pam – Coach, Counselor, and Your Biggest Cheerleader

For nearly two decades, I’ve been walking alongside women through seasons of healing, growth, and transformation.

As a Christian psychotherapist since 2007 and a business strategist since 2017, I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of women find their voice, reclaim their vision, and build purpose-driven businesses that honor both their calling and their capacity.

But more than anything, I’m a woman like you—
Rooted in faith.
Called to serve.
And deeply committed to doing business differently.

My mission is simple:
