By visiting pamelagrice.com (the “Site”), you are consenting to the following Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”). The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pamela Grice, operating as Canon City Counseling for Women and Pamela Grice Coaching. The terms “you” and “your” refer to site visitors, clients, and any other users of the Site. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms without modification and acknowledge that you have read them.
Use of the Site and Services
The Site and Services are for lawful purposes only. You must be at least 18 years of age to engage in coaching services and at least 16 years of age for counseling services (with parental consent where applicable). You agree not to post, transmit, or share any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You may not use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity without obligation to assign reason. Services are confirmed only when scheduled through our designated scheduling platforms and, where applicable, upon payment.
Credentials & Scope of Practice
Pamela Grice is a Registered Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, listed as an Unlicensed Psychotherapist with the Colorado State Board of Unlicensed Psychotherapists (registration number: NLC.0010231). Counseling services are provided under Canon City Counseling for Women and may include psychotherapy, EMDR, and related therapeutic modalities for women ages 16 and older located in Colorado. Coaching services are provided under Pamela Grice Coaching and are distinct from psychotherapy. Coaching is not regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, does not involve the practice of psychotherapy, and is not a substitute for counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice. Coaching services focus on business strategy, mindset, accountability, and personal development.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information when you interact with our Site or Services:
- Identifiers and contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Scheduling information submitted through Ensora Health (for counseling) or our coaching scheduling platform.
- Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full card details).
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data (via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and reCAPTCHA).
- Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us. Please do not include confidential health information in contact forms or emails.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver counseling or coaching services, operate and secure our Site, and improve our offerings. We may also use your information to send confirmations, reminders, updates, or policy notices, and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary with trusted third parties, including scheduling platforms, website hosting providers, email providers, analytics services, and payment processors. Counseling data may also be stored in Ensora Health (EHR/telehealth). We may disclose information to legal authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and reCAPTCHA. Cookies help us improve the Site and deliver relevant content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
Your Rights
Although the Colorado Privacy Act may not formally apply to small practices, we honor reasonable requests for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Please email [email protected] to make a request.
Data Security & Retention
We use appropriate safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security. Counseling records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Colorado law. Coaching-related records are retained for a reasonable period of time for business purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13. Counseling services are available to women ages 16 and older. Coaching services are available to adults 18 and older.
Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent version will be posted here.
Scheduling, Payments, and Cancellations
Counseling: Scheduling is conducted through Ensora Health. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be billed at the full session rate, except in cases of genuine emergency. Clients may switch from in-person to telehealth before the session without penalty. If the therapist cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will receive a one-time late-cancellation waiver.
Good Faith Estimates: Self-pay and uninsured counseling clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. You may request one at [email protected].
Coaching: Scheduling is conducted through our coaching scheduling platform. Payment may be made by credit card or other accepted methods. Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed at the full session rate. Refunds for coaching packages, digital products, or programs will follow the terms provided at purchase. Unless otherwise specified, refunds are not guaranteed once services or digital materials have been delivered.

No Automatic Relationship
Accessing the Site, submitting a form, or scheduling a discovery call does not establish a therapeutic or coaching relationship. Counseling relationships begin only after intake and required disclosures are completed and a session has occurred. Coaching relationships begin only after explicit agreement to coaching services and payment.

Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Site, counseling services, and coaching services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pamela Grice disclaims liability for any damages or reliance on Site content, counseling, or coaching outcomes.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and images) are the property of Pamela Grice and Montgomery Grice Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pamela Grice, Canon City Counseling for Women, and Pamela Grice Coaching harmless against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, counseling services, coaching services, or violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Fremont County, Colorado.
Changes to This Agreement
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
